Rodgers, Pamela Fay of Lockport, NY passed away on Wednesday November 28, 2012 in Eastern Niagara Hospital, Lockport. Born on February 22, 1949 in Long Beach, CA., she was the daughter of the late Virginia King Ballard and Harold Ballard. Pamela and her husband, Richard J. Rodgers were married on May 31, 1968. In the mid 90s, she owned Pamelas Cafe located on Lincoln Avenue. She is survived by her husband, Richard J. Rodgers; her father, Harold (Leona) Ballard; two children, John P. Rodgers of TN and Angela (Mark) Deney of Buffalo; three grandchildren, McKenna Rodgers and Richie and Caitlin Deney and brothers and sisters on the west coast. Friends may call on Friday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Lange Funeral Home, Inc., 186 East Ave., Lockport, NY where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11:00 AM. Interment in Hillside Cemetery.
