Obituary of Barbara J. Nunnari

Nunnari, Barbara J. of Lockport, NY passed away on Wednesday May 8, 2013 in Mercy Hospital of Buffalo. Born on December 12, 1936 in Lockport, she was the daughter of George E. and Marie Poole Wilson. Barbara was a registered nurse and spent most of her career in the emergency room at Eastern Niagara Hospital, Lockport, retiring in 1992. She enjoyed cross stitch, traveling and reading. Surviving is her husband of 53 years, James D. Nunnari; five children, Annemarie (Marvin Tracey) Roman of NC, Nancy (Mark) Ellis of Lockport, Joseph (Kim) Nunnari of MA, Susan (Franklin) Barry of PA and Craig (Michelle) Nunnari of TN; ten grandchildren, Rayanne (Todd) Hipsley, Anthony (Melissa) Roman, Wilson Nunnari, Michael Fisher, Nicole Fisher, Megan Fisher, Elizabeth Ellis, Lindsey Ellis, Sara Nunnari and Anna Nunnari; one great grandson, Justin Hipsley; her ister, Mary Jane (Peter) Fogle of Lockport, brothers and sisters-in-law and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call on Friday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at LANGE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 186 East Ave., Lockport, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday at 11:00 AM from All Saints Parish Oratory (St. Joseph’s), 391 Market St., Lockport, NY. Entombment in Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
