Koah, Mary N. of Lockport, NY passed away on Sunday October 19, 2014 in Buffalo General Hospital. Born on April 23, 1921 in Middleport, NY, she was the daughter of Walter B. and Florence I. Fizette Newton. She was a retired billing clerk for Harrison Radiator and was a member of Emmanuel United Methodist Church, Order of Eastern Star, Eagles Auxiliary #825, Dale Association and actively supported Lockport Shrine Club. Predeceased by her husband, Clifford S. Koah in 1999, she is survived by her daughter, Bonnie (Stephen) Freeman of Lyndonville; her granddaughter, Cinnamon (David) Soehner; great grandchildren, Adam and Jessica Rushlow and Jeremy, Kyle, Brendon and Leighann Soehner; great great grandson, Aiden Soehner; sister, Lois J. Sprester and nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers, Francis and Nelson and half-sister, Mildred Newton Wing. Friends may call on Wednesday 2-4 & 6-8 PM at LANGE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 186 East Ave., Lockport. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11:00 AM from Emmanuel United Methodist Church, 75 East Ave., Lockport. Interment in Cold Springs Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lockport Meals On Wheels, 327 High St.,Lockport, NY 14094 or the church. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.langefuneralhomeinc.com.
