Burton R. Sebring Obituary

Burton R. Sebring of Lockport, NY, passed away on Saturday, April 8, 2023, at home. Born on March 31, 1943, in Phillipsburg, N.J., and was the son of the late Ray and Louise (Bender) Sebring. Burt was a frequent customer of McDonald’s where he celebrated his 80th birthday. He loved his job as a shuttle driver for Heinrich Chevrolet, was an Exempt Wilson Volunteer Firemen and enjoyed watching birds.


Husband of the late Mary Sebring, Burt was survived by three children, Clifford Sebring, Tina (Dennis) Heilbrun and Angela (Ericsson) McClain; 8 grandchildren, Richard (Bethany), Bret, Chase (Raven), Cheyenne, Chenoah, Chasdyn, Sumer, Jacqueline; 8 great-grandchildren; siblings, Ken, Barry (Tamala) , Patricia and the late Richard and several nieces and nephews.


Friends may call on Friday, April 21st from 4-7 PM at LANGE FUNERAL HOME. INC., 186 East Ave., Lockport. Graveside services will be Saturday at 11 AM in Greenwood Cemetery, Wilson. Memorials may be made to Niagara Hospice, Inc. Condolences may be offered to the family at langefuneralhomeinc.com.
