Frank Elijah Torres, affectionately known as Peanut, of Lockport, passed away unexpectedly on March 14 2025.
Frank had a love for life, with passions that included swimming, watching football, and watching movies. He found joy in the simple pleasures, from outdoor campfires and cookouts to leisurely walks. He had a playful spirit, enjoying activities like playing with basketballs and super balls. He also loved going to the races at Ransomville Speedway.
He resided with, and will be deeply missed by his mother, Crystal Torres, his Nanna, Angela Strope, and his Papoo, Nelson Strope. Frank is also survived by his loving aunt and uncle, Angela (Nathan) McKenzie and Reuben (Melody) Cusick. He cherished the close bond he had with his cousins, Victoria (Tony), Rob Roy, Deserae, Jaxon, and McKenzie. He was a beloved great nephew to Terry (Sue) Martin, Glenn (Teresa) Martin, David (Nancy) Martin, and Harold (Cheryl) Martin, Lucy (Bill) Kerr, and Ron (Rose) Sawma. Frank is predeceased by his beloved aunt Wanda Wilson.
His warm presence and kind heart will be missed by many family members and friends.
Family and friends are invited to a memorial service at Community Fellowship Church, 3144 Johnson Creek Road, Middleport, NY 14105, on March 29th at 11 am. Lunch will be served following the service.
