Obituary of Marilyn Rae Ceroky

Marilyn Rae Ceroky Ceroky, Marilyn Rae of Lockport, passed away on Sunday January 20, 2008 at home. Born on September 28, 1949 in Cleveland, OH, she was the daughter of Charles and Violet Burke Ceroky. Marilyn received a Masters Degree in Library Science from the University of Buffalo and worked at Montgomery Ward as Assistant Manager for 26 years until the store closed. While there she had received many sales and marketing awards. For the last five years she worked at Macy’s at the Boulevard Mall. She volunteered for 10th Chance Animal Rescue and rescued many cats. Marilyn is survived by her brothers, Kevin C. (Anita) Ceroky of Lancaster, Brian C. Ceroky of Lockport and Garland L. (Arlene) Ceroky of ND. and her nieces and nephew, Robyn, Ryan, Michelle, Daniel and Donna. Friends may call on Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Lange Funeral Home, Inc. 186 East Ave, where funeral services will be held on Thursday at 10:00 AM. Interment in Cold Spring Cemetery.
