Obituary of Sherman C. Wallace

Wallace, Sherman C., Sr. of Gasport, NY passed away on Sunday March 16, 2014 in Briody Health Care Facility. Born on December 12, 1928 in Clearfield, PA, he was the son of Magnus and Mary Casher Wallace. He served in the Army Core of Engineers in Panama during the Korean Conflict and was the owner of Wallace Design Service in Gasport retiring in 1991. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Braun Wallace; four children, Sherman C. (late Barbara) Wallace, Jr. of Niagara Falls, Keith (Roxanne) Wallace of Lockport, William G. (Elaine M. Greiner) Wallace of East Amherst and Kathleen (Robert) Patterson of MA; grandfather of David Cattrall, Deanna Wallace, Wendy Nour, Todd Kenyon and Robert Patterson II and four great grandchildren; brother of Richard, Gerald, Rebecca, late Pearl, late Donna and late Barbara. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday March 21, 2014 at 7:00 PM from Mount Olive Lutheran Church, 6965 Chestnut Ridge Road, Lockport, NY. Memorials may be made to Tri-Town Ambulance or Gasport Chemical Hose. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.langefuneralhomeinc.com.
