Paul E. Bennett Bennett, Paul E. of Lockport, passed away on Thursday July 31, 2008 at home. Born on August 3, 1937 in Lockport, he is the son of Frances Greenthaner Crossman and the late Carl Crossman. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1957 until 1963 and was retired from General Motors Corporation. He enjoyed Sprint and Nascar racing, camping and spending time with family. He and his wife, the former Marcia Thompson, were married on September 9, 2006. Paul is survived by his wife, Marcia (Thompson) Dale-Bennett, his mother, Frances Crossman both of Lockport, his children, Shelley (Gary) Waters of Ransomville, Paul S. Bennett of S.C., Angela Devoe of VA. and Daniel (Marie) Bennett of Pendleton, one stepdaughter, Mary Dale of Lockport, 10 grandchildren, Jason (Jamie), Jackie, Joseph (Michelle) and Joshua Bennett, Justin, James and Thomas Devoe, Alexander and Aliana Dale and Alicia (Antonio) Dames, and one great granddaughter, Tori Bennett. Friends may call on Monday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Lange Funeral Home, Inc., 186 East Ave. where funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 1:00 PM. Entombment in Acacia Park Cemetery.
