I was saddened to hear of Robbie's passing. I grew up with him and the rest of the "Pine Cones". We would always play cards at his house (sometimes every night of the week) and his mom and dad totally tolerated us and were great parents to Rob and good to all of us kids.
I had not seem Rob in many years but occasionaly privately chatted with him on Facebook during his illness but when I did it felt like only yesterday when we hung out.
My deepest sympathies to you, your two daughters Katie and Rebecca and your grandchildren.
RIP my old friend,
I wanted to share just one of the Unselfish things that Bob did! I had organized a vigil for a school shooting. Bob as Sick as he was and Karen met me there. It was one of the coldest and Windiest days of the year. Inspite of his condition; Bob not only made Beautiful crosses for each child, helped put them in between car trips to warm and Breathe. What a guy! You can peacefully rest now friend. You're wings were earned!
I am sorry to hear of your loss. I hope that these scriptures at Job 14:14,15 and Revelation 21:4 will provide some comfort for the family and friends. Also, for some comforting articles please visit jw.org.
So sorry for your loss Karen and family. Thoughts and prayers are with you all. Robert fought a long hard battle and may he rest in peace.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.Rejoice in your knowledge that you will be with him in Heaven in the far future.
