Nina M. Humphries Humphries, Nina M. of Zephyrhills, FL, formerly of Lockport, NY, passed away on Saturday May 29, 2010 at the age of 105. Born on February 1, 1905 in Ontario, Canada, she was the daughter of the late Alvin and Lydia Thaler Sternall. Nina attended Buffalo City Hospital Nursing School and became a Registered Nurse and provided mostly private duty care in the Lockport area. In Lockport, she was a member of Lockport Alliance Church and the Community Chapel in FL. She enjoyed gardening, painting watercolors and needlework. Nina is predeceased by her husbands, George Clayton and Edgar Humphries. She is survived by her children, Anita Conti of Brighton, England and Robert Clayton of Birmingham, Alabama, six grandchildren, four great grandchildren and two sisters, Melva Reuber and Jean Williams both of Ontario, Canada. Family and friends are invited to attend graveside services on Thursday at 11:00 AM in Acacia Park Cemetery, N. Tonawanda, NY. Memorials may be made to Lockport Alliance Church, 555 davison Rd., Lockport, NY 14094, Community Chapel of God, 5320 1st St., Zephyrhills, FL 33542 or the Charity of Ones Choice.
