William H. Lloyd Lloyd, William H. of Hendersonville, NC, formerly of Lockport, NY, passed away on Tuesday September 28, 2010 in Pardee Memorial Hospital. Born on December 8, 1919 in Watertown, NY, he was the son of Simeon and Adeline Parnham Lloyd. He retired in 1981 from Harrison Radiator where he was a Designer in Charge. While in Lockport, Mr. Lloyd was active in Little League, was a Mason and volunteered for Meals on Wheels. He retired to Hendersonville, NC where he was a member of Hendersonville Country Club and enjoyed golfing and playing bridge. Husband of the late Helen Carpenter Lloyd and the late Ann Lloyd, he is survived by his sons, Robert (Deanna) Lloyd of TN and Douglas (Jayne) Lloyd of Lockport, two grandchildren, Christine (John) Ehrich and Barrett Lloyd, his sister, Aletha Blake and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call on Friday 2-4 & 6-8 PM at Lange Funeral Home, Inc., 186 East Ave., Lockport, NY where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow in Glenwood Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Meals on Wheels. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.langefuneralhomenc.com.
