Obituary of Sharon Ann Williams

Sharon Ann Williams Williams, Sharon Ann (Beyer), a lifelong resident of Niagara County, was called to her Heavenly home to be with our living Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, on Friday October 29, 2010 in Newfane Health Facility, after a life long battle with diabetes. Born on October 18, 1947 in Lockport, she was the daughter of James “Floyd” and Thelma F. Beccue Beyer. Sharon graduated from Wilson High School in 1966 and married her husband, Richard G. Williams on February 25,1967. Sharon enjoyed playing the accordion, spending time with her favorite cousin Darlene,horseback riding and delivering her Avon on horseback, doing leather work; reading, ceramics and spending time with her family. Sharon is survived by her husband, Richard G. Williams, her son, Michael J. Williams, two grandsons, Matthew J. Williams and Andrew J. Williams, one sister, Beverly J. (late Richard) Cornelius and one brother, Floyd A. (Helen) Beyer. She was predeceased by her brother,Donald (Barbara) Beyer. Friends may call on Monday and Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Lange Funeral Home, Inc., 186 East Ave., Lockport, NY. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 AM from Trinity Lutheran Church, 67 Saxton St., Lockport, NY. Burial will follow in North Ridge Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Lutheran Braille Workers, Inc., PO Box 5000, Yucaipa,CA 92399-1450 or the American Diabetes Association.
