Obituary of Dennis J. Forsyth

Dennis J. Forsyth Forsyth, Dennis J. of Lockport, NY, passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday November 13, 2010 surrounded by his family. Born on March 19, 1936 in Punxsutawney, PA, he was the son of Elmer and Esther Vadasy Forsyth. Dennis moved to Lockport in 1958 and was an inspector working for Harrison Radiator until retiring in 1993. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, riding motorcycles, and was a classic car enthusiast. Dennis was predeceased by his loving wife, Sara, whom he married in 1957, his first born son, Steven and his sister, Delores Breath. He is survived by his children, Kurt (Erin) Forsyth, Cari Guiliani, Denise (John) Beaton and Richard (Susan) Forsyth and daughter-in-law, Cynthia Forsyth all of Lockport. He was the beloved grandfather “Pupa” of Joseph (Emily) Kearns, Jeni Kearns, Joel (Alicia) Forsyth, Stephanie (Nathan) Dier, Sheri (Brian) Scholl, Scott, Alyssa and Christopher Beaton, and Max and Aidan Forsyth and great grandfather of Julia, Ava, Natalee, Ashler, Jackson, Abigayle and Gavin and brother of Celine (Ken) Rovie Friends may call on Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Lange Funeral Home, Inc., 186 East Ave., Lockport, NY where funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 AM.
