William D. Flanagan Flanagan, William D. of Lockport, NY, passed away on Thursday March 24, 2011 at home. Born on June 28, 1945 in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of William M. and Elizabeth Mulvena Flanagan. He is survived by his brother, Dennis (Harriet) Flanagan of Lockport, his sister, Eileen (James) Malecki of Rochester and several nieces and nephews.
