Marlene E. Hoverstock Hoverstock, Marlene E. of Lockport, NY, passed away on Saturday May 21, 2011 at home. Born of August 31, 1946 in Buffalo, NY, she is the daughter of Doris Brose Schieder and the late John Schieder. Marlene married her husband, Richard M. Hoverstock on May 20, 1972 and was a teacher at St. Peter’s Lutheran School in Sanborn, NY for over 20 years. She was a member of First English Lutheran Church. Marlene is survived by her husband of 39 years, Richard M. Hoverstock, three daughters, Amy Hoverstock (Brian Dewey) of Port Jervis, NY, Kate Hoverstock and Amanda Hoverstock both of Lexington, NC, her mother, Doris Schieder of Williamsville, two brothers, Ronald (Sue) Schieder of Williamsville and Robert (Nadene) Schieder of MT, her sister, Patricia (late Dennis) Rubacher of Lockport and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 AM from First English Lutheran Church, 185 Locust Street, Lockport, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Cancer Society or St. Peter’s Lutheran School. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.langefuneralhomeinc.com.
