Webber, Mildred E. of Lockport, NY passed away on Thursday July 12, 2012 in Niagara Hospice House. Born on August 30, 1935 in Lockport, she was the daughter of Otis and Ethel Bateman Niver. She loved her family and animals and enjoyed cooking and baking. She was known for her cookbook collection. Predeceased by her husbands, Edward W. Webber, Sr. and Everett B. Rifle, she is survived by her children, Eugene Niver of Lackawanna, Shirley (Bert) Clark of WV and Robert Riffle of Lockport; step children, Linda Squires and Edward W. (Carol) Webber, Jr. both of Lockport; nine grandchildren, Mary and Tiffany Squires, Jenny Berry, Tim DeVoe, Pauline Moreland, Edward Webber III, Sarah Henry and Katie and Sherri Riffle; twelve great-grandchildren, Amber, Hannah and John Berry, Alyssa and Skye DeVoe, Janell and Sabrina Moreland, Kelly Strauser, Stephen Niver and Elizabeth, Restey and Kendle Henry; and one great great grandson, Stephen Niver, Jr. Friends may call on Sunday 4:00 – 8:00 PM at Lange Funeral Home, Inc., 186 East Ave., Lockport, NY where funeral services will be held on Monday at 11:00 AM. Interment in Glenwood Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Niagara Hospice, Inc. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.langefuneralhomeinc.com.
