Lawton, Caroline J. of Lockport, NY, passed away on Thursday September 27, 2012 in Eastern Niagara Hospital, Newfane. Born on May 28, 1926 in Washington, PA, she was the daughter of John and Laura Gruntz Flowers. Caroline was a former Barker resident, involved with scouting and was devoted to her husband of 41 years, son and grandchildren. Predeceased in 1993 by her husband, Guy E. Lawton, she is survived by her son, David (Cindy) Lawton of MI; two grandchildren, Stephanie Lawton and Jacob Lawton; nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends may call Sunday 3:00 7:00 PM at Lange Funeral Home, Inc., 186 East Ave., Lockport, NY where funeral services will be held on Monday at 10:00 AM. Interment in Hartland Central Cemetery. Memorials made be made to the American Heart Association. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.langefuneralhomeinc.com
