Tate, Kenneth D. of Lockport, NY passed away on Sunday December 29, 2013 in ECMC. He was born on June 18, 1957 in Northridge, CA. Ken worked at Lockport Hospital in the maintenance department for 18 years, was an avid golfer, skilled carpenter, enjoyed cooking and hunting, loved sports and was a Buffalo fan. Ken is the beloved husband of Donna Tate; loving father of Justin (Rebekah) Tate of Williamsville; step father of Jennifer Bennion; grandfather of Madison Bennion; son of Mercedes Novak Conklin; brother of Linda Tate and Donna Pinner and beloved son-in-law of Howard and Betty Lorish. Also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Friends may call on Friday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at LANGE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 186 East Ave., Lockport, NY where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11:00 AM. Memorials may be made to the SPCA.
