Michele, John, JP, Jenna and Jay, I'm so sorry to hear of Pop's passing. I always liked talking with him and enjoying his kind nature and fun sense of humor. He was a very sweet man and I'm sure he will be deeply missed. Our sympathy for your loss. The Meal Family So sorry for your loss. He was a great man Though I never had Mr. Smugor as a teacher, his professional demeanor and positive attitude towards his students, made him a true asset to the Roy Hart teaching staff. He will be truly missed. Semper Fi, Marine! Mr. Smugor was not only a great teacher that really cared for his students, he was also a kind, patient, and wise man. He tried to teach us and instill in us more than the lesson plan but also about life. He was both a teacher, a friend, and the worldly wise man on the mountain. He is greatly respected. He is one of the last of the good guys. My condolances to his family. Everyone should be proud of the man he is. To this day 30 years later, he is not forgotten and spoken of with great respect and fondness with old classmates & the best of friends. Rest in peace Mr. Smugor. T.C. Mr. Smug or was an awesome teacher and an awesome person. He will be greatly missed. God bless all those who mourn him. I offer my sincerest condolences. I had Mr. Smugor as a teacher for several years at Roy Hart. to this day, I am still using the skills he taught. He also was a friend who was always available to help or just talk. I do fondly think back, quite often, when I pick up my mechanical pencil, but I'll always have an empty feeling for thanking him personally in later years. if there is a heaven, he is there. thank You, Mr. Smugor. Dave Mr Smugor was a fine man. He was gracious and welcoming. The Dale Association will miss him. He made the world a better place I will miss sharing garden and bird stories with Carl, one of my favorite neighbors. I loved his always friendly wave and smile. Now he will rest in an eternal garden. Hugs to you Deanna. ;
