Poulin, Benoit JP Ben of Lockport, NY passed away on Saturday July 26, 2014 in Niagara Rehab & Nursing Center. Born on July 29, 1946 in Levis Cte Levis, Quebec, Canada, he was the son of Louis and Claudia Hamelin Poulin. Ben owned a construction company in Welland, Ontario retiring in 2000. He is predeceased by his wife Elaine Scarpinski Poulin and three brothers, Maurice, Richard and Jack. Surviving are three children, Doris Poulin, Michael Poulin and Gerry Poulin, several grandchildren, siblings, Louise Loubier and Claude Poulin and many dear friends in Lockport and Niagara Falls. Friends may call on Wednesday 3:00 7:00 PM at LANGE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 186 East Ave., Lockport where funeral services will follow at 7:00 PM Memorials may be made to Niagara Hospice, Inc. or the S.P.C.A.
