Unc was a wonderful man, who was a large part of my life growing up. He had the kindest heart, and was full of life. He will be dearly missed. Sincere condolences to the family. Dear Tim and Katie, Over 50 years of memories of wonderful times spent together will be with me forever. Your grandpa is now at peace with the rest of the family he loved so much as he did both of you and your families. Rest in peace Harley "Unc." You will be missed by many my dear friend. Mr. Carlton was a good and generous man who adored his family. He will be greatly missed. My deepest sympathy to Tim, Katie, Nicholl, his great grandchildren, His siblings, and the rest of his extended family that I have heard so many wonderful stories about. To Harley's extended family: Our thoughts are with you all during this sad time. Know that Harley is well remembered by us and the whole Rushford crew as a fun loving guy! I will truly miss one of my favorite customers from Cammaratas. He was a wonderful man who always made me smile. I will miss his funny lines he always used to say. I'm sure he is happy to see his wife and children again and is having a perfect Kesslers manhattan with them. RIP Harley, sad that I won't make the service to say goodbye because I am on vacation. Til we meet again, "howdy honey"!!! So very sorry to hear about Harley. I worked with him at the Town of Lockport and always enjoyed office parties with him and Virginia. RIP Harley. Carla & Lee Harley was a class act, and a great man. Harley always had a smile on his face, and a great sense of humor. He will be missed by many of us that had the pleasure of knowing him, and it is very sad that he is no longer with us in this world. May God Bless Harley, and all of his friends and family. He made the world a much better place, and it was my honor to call him my friend. My deepest sympathy to Timmy & Katie, Bill - his son-in-law and to Merribeth - his daughter-in-law. I have fond memories of Harley and all the years spent at Rushford. Harley was a close friend of my parents and indeed our entire family.
