William H. Hetherly
Hetherly, William H., formerly of Lockport, NY, passed away on Monday February 29, 2016 in Utica, NY. Born on January 21, 1919 in Barker, NY, he was the son of Henry and Florence Capell Hetherly. Mr. Hetherly retired from Domtar in 1984 and was a member of First English Lutheran Church. He enjoyed woodworking and gardening.
Husband of the late Helen Reackhoff Hetherly, William is survived by his children, Gary (Linda) Hetherly, Larry (Marie) Hetherly and Gail (James) Sullivan; 7 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call on Friday 4:00 – 7:00 PM at LANGE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 186 East Ave., where a funeral service will follow at 7:00 PM. Interment in Wright’s Corners Cemetery. Memorials may be to First English Lutheran Church, 185 Locust St., Lockport, NY and Masonic Care Community, 2150 Bleecker St., Utica, NY 13501.
