Luke Davis Nelson of Middleport, NY passed away at home on Saturday April 22, 2017. Born on January 6, 1984, he was the greatly loved son of Kenneth and Terri (Davis) Nelson. Luke’s work ethic was strong, working in the local roofing and construction industry, starting his career with his Papa at D. Davis & Sons Construction. His passions were fishing, kayaking, golfing and skateboarding. His sweet gentle heart, blue eyes and quick smile were always at the ready and could light up a room. In addition to his parents, Luke was the brother of Chad Nelson, Jedidiah (Joan) Nelson and Cassandra Nelson; uncle of Otice Lokey and Eliora Nelson; grandson of Loretta Dais, late David Davis and the late Kenneth and Clara Nelson. Also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins. Friends may call on Wednesday 2-4 & 6-8 PM at LANGE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 186 East Ave., Lockport Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11:00 AM at Faith Tabernacle Church, 5676 Beattie Ave., Lockport. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Medina Skate Park. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.langefuneralhomeinc.com.
