Frances J. Smith of Lockport, NY passed away on Saturday November 17, 2018 in Newfane Rehab & HCF. Born on October 27, 1948 in Wilkes Barre, PA, she was the daughter of Joseph and Veronica Galka Smith. Fran was a resident of Briarwood Manor for several years.

Predeceased by her parents and sister, Mary Smith, Fran is survived by her brother, James (Sherrie) Smith; nieces, Kathleen (Rick) Natividad and Karrie (Gus)
