Betty Carol Lorish of Lockport, NY passed away on Tuesday January 1, 2019 at home. Born on December 28, 1933 in Buffalo, she was the daughter of Frank J. and Bertha Lembke Schmahl. She was a graduate of Bryant & Stratton Business School and went to work as the secretary to the Vice President of M&T Bank and later worked in food service for the Lockport City School District. Betty was also an appointed Polling Registrar for the Niagara County Board of Elections. An active member of First English Lutheran Church, she served in various capacities and loved the bell choir.
