William A. Woolley of Lockport, NY passed away on Tuesday January 29, 2019 in Lockport Rehab and HCF. Born on October 14, 1938 in Louisville, KY, he was the son of John and Gladys Fox Woolley. Willy was a home builder and worked for the late Orval Veltman. He was a member of the I.O.O.B. Club and the Redmen Club, enjoyed fishing and camping and was a “Mr. Fix it”.

 

Willy is survived by his wife, Shirley Wooley; children, William “Bill” Woolley, Jr., Jonathan Woolley, Tammy Rose, David (Stephanie) Woolley and Vicky (Louis) Aquino; several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and siblings, Betty Lou, Bobbie Jean, Becky, Beverly and Budde.
