Phyllis B. Rinker, formerly of Lockport, passed away on Friday, August 28, 2020. Born on March 16, 1938 in Lockport, she was the daughter of the late Nelson and Martha (Smith) Moreland. She retired from Niagara County
Mother of Maureen (Harold) Lederhouse, Marsha (Mark) Chapman and Marilyn (Dennis) Hewitt; grandmother of David (Jen) and Stephen Lederhouse, Erin and Alec (Margy Lin) Chapman, Phillip, Patrick and Kaitlyn Hewitt and the late Kyle Chapman; great grandmother of Sean and Shane Lederhouse; sister of Shirley (Anthony) Mesmer and aunt of several nieces and nephews.
Private graveside service will be held at Cold Springs Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Hospice of one’s choice. Arrangements by LANGE FUNERAL HOME, INC. Condolences may be offered to the family at langefuneralhomeinc.com.
