I grew up across the road from Mark and his family. I have fond memories of baseball games and other neighborhood games. We still live in same house so I think of the family often.. We had lost touch but I remember Mark as a great guy. Condolences to his family. Jerry and Sue Thiel Schleef

Mark was a great drummer and friend. I first met him back in the 60s when we both marched in drum corps. He in Batavia and me in Utica. That activity is unique in that once you shared it, you became a comrade with everyone else who participated. So it was with Mark and I. We were members of a drum ensemble in the early 2000s that competed in the DCA Individuals and Ensemble with other members of St. Joseph's drum line of the 60s and 70s. It was a wonderful time and I enjoyed the friendship with Mark and the others very much. I will surely miss him. My deepest sympathy to all his family and friends.
Warm Regards,
John Wnuk

Looking through the Lockport NY obituaries, which I do from time to time, I came across Mark's obituary. I wish to extend my sympathies to Mark's family. Several years ago during a visit back home I was able to reacquaint myself with Mark at his Antique Shop. Mark and I are related through his mother, Jean . Jean and I were first cousins - her mother and my father were sister and brother. May God grant Mark eternal rest and bring you comfort in your grief.
In Sympathy - Mary (Mosure) Amodeo

Mark was a great coworker, drummer, and friend. I used to check on him at work, asking who was President if he seemed a little low, it was our small joke as he mostly answered it well. On his advice I currently own Gretsch maple drums. I will miss him. I would like his family to know I held him in high esteem as a worker and as a human being , as did everyone else. I am very sorry for your loss, Andy Robinson
