Raymond J. Bailey, Jr. of Lockport, NY, passed away on Sunday, January 10, 2021 in Mount St. Mary’s Hospital. Born on May 13, 1956 in Lockport, he was the son of Raymond J. Bailey, Sr. and the late Helen (Palmer) Bailey. Ray was a Taxi Driver for Manna’s Taxi and enjoyed fishing.
Ray is survived by his father, Raymond J. Bailey, Sr.; his sister, Debra Eckert and his nephew, Dustin Eckert.
Funeral services will be private.
