Bailey, Sr. and the late Helen (Palmer) Bailey. Ray was a Taxi Driver for Manna’s Taxi and enjoyed fishing. Ray is survived by his father, Raymond J. Bailey, Sr.; his sister, Debra Eckert and his nephew, Dustin Eckert. Funeral services will be private.
