David E. Howe of Lockport, NY, passed away surrounded by his loved ones on Monday, October 11, 2021, at the age of 62. Born on September 17, 1959, in Lockport, he was the son of the late Donald and Joyce (Strong) Howe. David was a proud U.S. Navy veteran and a beloved husband, brother, father, friend, and an all-around loving person. He will be greatly missed and never forgotten. Surviving is his wife, Kathy Howe; children, Donald E. Howe, Michael H. Howe, and Rabecka J. Howe; grandsons, Lincoln D-M Howe, and Valek J. Gleason; his brother, Derek Howe and sister, Laurie (Howe) Ziegler.
