I was shocked and so sorry to read Marty's obituary in the Union Sun and Journal. Unfortunately, I did not see it in time to go to the funeral home. Marty and I were friends in elementary school, in Brownies together and I remember spending time at her grandparents home with her. After I moved back to Lockport in 2014, I found her phone number and called her and was happy that she remembered me since it had been SO long since we saw each other. She was a good person and I am sorry that I did not spend more time with her.
