Carol Wethy Melcher Obituary
Carol Wethy Melcher of Lockport, NY, a descendant of a pioneer Town of Cambria family, has entered into peace on Friday, October 28, 2022. She spent most of her life in Pekin. After graduating from Wilson High School and working at the former Ransomville Hospital, Carol retired from Niagara Falls Medical Center in 1989. She enjoyed singing and piano playing.
Carol is predeceased by husband, Gari R. Melcher and siblings Richard Hull and Irene Moody. She is survived by her children, Jack Carew, Robin Carew and Amy Cranston; 7 grandchildren, Paul, Matthew and Meghan Fultz, Dustin Carew, Beverly, and Chip Cranston and Steven Plant and 10 great-grandchildren.
Interment will be in North Ridge Cemetery at the convenience of the family. Condolences may be offered to the family at langefuneralhomeinc.com.
