Lucinda A. Goehle of Lockport, NY, passed away on Sunday, January 29, 2023, in Niagara Hospice House. Born on November 15, 1946, she grew up in Wilson and she was the daughter of the late Howard and Betty (Brown) Pease. She graduated from Wilson High School in 1964. Her first job was at New York Telephone. She retired from the Niagara County Health Department after many years. She also worked at Willowbrook Golf Course during the summers. After she retired, she volunteered at the Palace Theater, Art Park and Niagara Hospice. She enjoyed going to the casino, golfing, spending time with her grandchildren, family and friends and was a die-hard Buffalo Bills fan. She liked being outside in nature and working in her garden. Lucinda is the mother of Gregory Goehle and Gretchen Goehle, cherished and doting grandmother of Greyson Goehle and Sage Goehle, sister of Lizbeth Pease, Christopher Pease, late Howard Pease and late Robert Pease, sister-in-law of Sheila Glassford and aunt of several nieces and nephews. Visitation is Saturday, February 4th from 3-5 PM at Exley United Methodist, 338 Lake St., Wilson, NY where a service will follow. There will be a dinner in the Church Fellowship Hall after the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Niagara Hospice, Inc. Condolences may be offered to the family at langefuneralhomeinc.com.
