Robert G. Barnes of Lockport, NY, passed away on Tuesday, February 21, 2023. Born on November 15, 1940, in Lockport, he was the son of the late George and Helen (Farewell) Barnes. Robert served in the U.S. Army from 1964 - 1966 and owned and operated Robert G. Barnes Accounting and Tax Service.
