Patricia G. Blake of Lockport, NY, entered into rest on Friday, May 12, 2023, at Buffalo General Hospital after a brief illness. She was born on July 6, 1955, in Lockport and was the daughter of Jean Chenez Sullivan and the late James Sullivan, Sr. Patty graduated from Newfane High School in 1973 and married Gerald “Jerry” Blake on September 19, 2014. He predeceased her on May 13, 2021. In 2006, Patty retired from General Motors after 30 years of service.
Predeceased by her husband, Gerald “Jerry” Blake and brother, James Sullivan, Jr., she is survived by her daughter, Jill Young; five grandchildren, Alexis Nagureny, Kaeli Baron, Myrah Baron, Elijah Baron and Ava Baron; siblings, Adele Sullivan, Sandra McIntyre, Deborah (Ken) VanDielen, Mark (Lisa) Sullivan and Mary (Tom) Bradley and several nieces and great nieces.
Relatives and friends may call on Wednesday, May 17th from 3:00 – 7:00 PM at LANGE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 186 East Ave., Lockport. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association. Condolences may be offered to the family at langefuneralhomeinc.com.
