Obituary of Ronald Gursling

Ronald E. Gursling of Lockport, NY, passed away on Thursday, October 19, 2023, in Buffalo General Hospital. Born on October 5, 1931, in Lockport, he was the son of the late Clarence and Martha (Gritzmacher) Gursling. Ron served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1951 – 1954. He retired in 1987 from Loblaws, Inc. where he was an Assistant Manager. Ron was an avid Sabres, Bills, Red Sox and Atlanta Braves fan.
Ron was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 65 years, Rosalie Gursling on February 10, 2023, and brother, Gary. He is survived by nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews and his sister-in-law, Nancy (late Joseph) Farrugia.
Services will be private with interment in Cold Springs Cemetery. Condolences may be offered to the family at langefuneralhomeinc.com.
