Carol M. Latta Obituary

Latta, Carol M. of Lockport, NY, passed away on Friday, May 24, 2024, at Niagara Hospice House. Born on November 8, 1939, in Lockport, she was the daughter of the late LaVern and Loraine (Fink) Wolters. Carol worked for the Mental Health Association for 19 years. She was a member of Chapel at CrossPoint where she was very active in church volunteer groups and loved Bible Study.


Wife of the late Donald J. Latta, Carol is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Bonnie Latta; granddaughter, Chelsea Nicole Latta; brothers and sister-in-law; Douglas (Gina) Latta, Dennis Latta and Mary (late David) Latta and several nieces and nephews and many loving Chapel friends. She was predeceased by her sister, Janice (late Peter) Scotch.


Services will be private with interment in Cold Springs Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Niagara Hospice, Inc. and American Cancer Society. Condolences may be offered to the family at Langefuneralhomeinc.com.
