Joy Kathleen Robinson of Lockport, NY, passed away on Sunday, June 29, 2024, in Buffalo General Hospital. Born on July 23, 1943, in Washington, D.C., she was the daughter of the late John A. and Betty (Zarfos) Cummings. She was a graduate of Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi and while living in Texas and Colorado did a lot of theater work. She also volunteered in social services. Joy was an artist, enjoyed classical piano music and loved flower gardens. She was intelligent, caring, compassionate, faithful, and enduring. She brought much joy to the lives of her family.

She and her husband, Robert had 62 years of love together. Also surviving is daughter, Antoinette (John) Ervin, grandson, Brandon Ervin; great-grandchildren, Conner and Ayden and her sister, Judith Ann (Richard) Zordel and their family. Joy was an amazing wife, mom and grammie.
