Harry B. Miller Miller, Harry B. of Lockport, NY, passed away on Saturday October 17, 2009 in Niagara Hospice House. Born on June 19, 1924 in Lockport, he was the son of Fred J. and Bertha Dethlefs Miller. He married Irene Miller of Pendleton on December 12, 1942 at First English Lutheran Church. Harry was a truck driver for Schultz Transportation of Lockport and Eastern Freightways of Buffalo for many years, retiring in 1977. He was a member of First English Lutheran Church, and loved fishing, hunting, camping, traveling and spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Irene L. Miller, three children, Shirley Hetherly, Patricia (Morgan) Jones and Robert (Tiffany) Miller all of Lockport, 16 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his two sons, David and Douglas Miller, two sisters, Blanche Giertz and Stella Wnuk, and two brothers, Charles and Martin Miller. Friends may call on Saturday 2-4 & 7-8 PM at Lange Funeral Home, Inc., 186 East Ave., Lockport,NY, where a memorial service will be held at 8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First English Lutheran Church or Niagara Hospice House. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.langefuneralhomeinc.com.
