So Sorry to hear about your mom, your parents were great friends with my mom and dad. Although we kids were always left at home when the adults would go south (The Caribbean) in the winter. I was lucky enough to make a number of trips to the cabin up north in the spring with the Men. Shawalter, Sang, Donovan & Hunnycut. They were a lot of fun. I am so sorry to hear of Sally's passing--I remember all the good times we had years ago. My sympathy to all of you--and I'll be thinking of you. Nancy & Judy- So very sorry to hear about your Mom. My sincere condolences to your family. Dear Nancy and Judy: Your mother is a fixture in my childhood memory bank! When I think of Aunt Sal, I immediately see her walking up the steps into our back entrance. EVERY DAY.... She and Mary went back and forth between our houses and were such wonderful friends. I have so many fond memories of your mom.... Always smiling, always eager to find out what I was up to and later what my kids were up to. I miss your mom and dad, and my parents, together in our back yard or sitting on your patio enjoying happy hour while John and I tried to figure out how we could get that phone booth home.... I adored your mom, and she will be missed. ;
