It is almost a year since my dear friend pete Wendel died. Unfortunately now living in Amherst I did not hear about it for several months. We go back to high school, his involvement in Leadership Niagara and Chamber of Commerce and most dear his membership in NCCC Foundation serving as a co- chair of its first million dollar campaign. Pete and his wife Jane and former college president Gerald Miller collaborated on several leadership retreats for the administration at NCCC. An amazing and beautiful couple I hope my tribute can still be seen by his beloved family
